Good system, slow shipping
I purchased the Full Size System, and I'm generally pleased. The four-step process is effective; my manicure lasted about ten days without chipping, which is better than most. The drying time was as advertised, very fast. However, it took 8 days to reach my home in Florida, which felt a bit long. Also, the Revive bottle was a little smaller than I expected for the price. Overall, good product quality, but shipping could be faster.

Shipping took 6 days to get to me in Arizona, which was acceptable. The kit included the Prep, Base Coat, Lacquer (I chose 'Glitter Lacquer'), and Top Coat. I followed the instructions for the 4-step system. The application was smooth, and the polish did indeed dry completely within five minutes, which is a huge plus for me. The glitter effect is subtle but pretty. It lasted about 12 days before I saw minor tip wear, impressive for an at-home manicure. I also bought the 'Remove Lacquer Remover', and it worked effectively without being overly harsh. I haven't needed customer support, so I can't comment on that, but the product quality and ease of use are great. The glass nail file I added on was a nice extra.
